Welcome to 3rd grade!
I am Jerilyn Archuleta and I am so happy to have your student in my class this year!
A little about me...I attended Washington State University to attain my Bachelor's in Child Development and then came to Portland, OR and after being a nanny for a little over a year decided to get my Masters in Teaching from Concordia University. I have an Oregon State Teaching License and have wanted to be a teacher since I myself was in 2nd grade.
I want each child to become a part of the classroom community and feel they are part of a family when they are at school. We have a lot to learn this year and I hope that you will stay connected with us here at school! I would love parent volunteers to begin helping in the classroom during the first week of October.
